SHIPPING POLICY
We understand that in many cases your purchase is being gifted for a special occasion. If you need your item for a particular date, please let us know by contacting us at sales@franklinjewels.com before placing your order to see if special shipping arrangements can be made.
On most items, we offer standard 3-5-day shipping either via USPS. FedEx or UPS. Overnight shipping with FedEx can be requested for an additional fee. If you wish to upgrade your shipping after you have placed your order, please email us at sales@franklinjewels.com. Please note that expedited shipping does not change the estimated ship out date.
Special arrangements, such as changing the delivery address or holding your item for delivery on a particular date can be made by contacting us at sales@franklinjewels.com. You must make your request before or shortly after placing your order.
Franklin Jewelers is committed to timely delivery of your purchase. However, please note that delivery delays due to weather, carrier issues, incorrect addresses or missing delivery dates are beyond our control.
Shipping Policies
For your protection, Franklin Jewelers always:
- Insures all shipments.
- Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical home or business address. Franklin Jewelers cannot ship to a PO BOX address.
- Requires a signature upon delivery of packages.
Please note that after your item has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Our Packaging
Your item will arrive to you in an unmarked box and the contents will be wrapped by our retail team.
