Our Process
At Franklin Jewelers, we have established ourselves as one of the highest quality jewelry retailers. We offer timeless classics, loose diamonds, special cuts, and much more. We manufacture our pieces in-house and work directly to source ethical materials.
Our Computer-Aided Design (CAD) gives us the ability to provide you with a jewelry selection unlike any other retailers. Using CAD software, we can customize into a one-of-a-kind jewelry piece that truly fits what you are looking for. We can also handle any repair needs you may have.

We take pride in knowing that our jewelry is of the highest standard and quality, and we stand by each product. As such, any Franklin Jewelers purchase comes with our satisfaction guarantee and full lifetime manufacturing warranty.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@franklinjewels.com and provide your name and order number. You will be provided a repair form along with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it at no additional cost. If the item was damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. If we determine that the damage was not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you with an estimated repair cost (which will be the cost we incur to repair your item).
