Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Here at Franklin Jewelers, we are committed to providing you with jewelry of the highest standard and quality. If you find that you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase within the first 15 days, you can return your package and we will provide you with a full refund, no questions asked.

There are NO returns or refunds on purchase of watches, custom made pieces, sized rings, or altered pieces and for pieces that are purchased directly at our store location. 

Franklin Jewelers will only accept returned items in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition. The item must also be returned with its original product documentation, box, and tags (including diamond certificates).

Shipping costs, engravings, design deposits, appraisal costs, or rush fees are non-refundable. Items that are marked Final Sale will not be eligible for return.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives in a damaged condition, please call us at (907) 789-3535 or email us at sales@franklinjewels.com. Please keep all the packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Franklin Jewelers. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Franklin Jewelers is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are sent by you during the return process.

Return Conditions

  1. Items must be returned within the allowed return period from the day your package was delivered according to tracking number of your original shipment. If your tracking number cannot be found, then the allowed return period starts 3 business days after shipment date.
  2. Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition accompanied with the item's original product documentation (including diamond certificates).
  3. Shipping costs, engravings, design deposits, appraisal costs, or rush fees are non-refundable.
  4. Items that have been resized or modified by a jeweler other than Franklin Jewelers are not eligible for returns.
  5. Certified loose diamonds that are purchased are not eligible for returns.
  6. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Process

  1. If you'd like to return an item please contact Franklin Jewelers at least 2 business days before your allowed return period window by emailing us at sales@franklinjewels.com. Please include your order number in the email.
  2. After receiving a Return Authorization, you will be required to fill out a return form that must accompany your return. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization or without a return form. Return Authorizations are active for 10 business days from the date of issuance and your package must be postmarked within the 10 business days of the issuance date.
  3. Prepare your shipment.
  4. You may choose the carrier of your choice to return your item. We suggest using a trackable method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  5. Package your item(s) securely and double box your package.
  6. Do not send your item(s) back in the original outside packaging. You must double box your package - put your item(s) in its original ring or jewelry box and place it in a small box or envelope and then place the small box or envelope inside another box. We also recommend taping the small box or envelope to the inside of the larger box. You are responsible for making sure your items are securely packaged. Please also make sure to include your return form.
  7. Print and affix your label.
  8. For security reasons, please do not write "Franklin Jewelers" on the label. Do not write diamonds, engagement ring, jewelry, or other similar words anywhere on the packaging. We suggest using "Franklin." Simply print and affix your label onto the outside of your box.
  9. Insure your return shipment for the full value of the item/s included as Franklin Jewelers is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments that are sent by you during the return process. You are responsible for properly returning your items to us. You are required to fully insure your shipment and you must require adult signature upon delivery.
  10. Ship your package. Your shipping receipt will serve as proof of shipment. Franklin Jewelers is not responsible for boxes left in drop boxes or if customers do not have a receipt confirming shipment.

 

After Your Package Is Received

  1. Please allow up to 15 business days for us to process your return.
  2. We will send you an email confirmation when we receive the package and before we send it over to our Quality Assurance team. If Quality Assurance determines that an item has been damaged or altered in any way, the item will not be accepted for return, and will be shipped back to you without the issuance of a return credit. If an item is accepted for return, Franklin Jewelers will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 15 business days. The exchange of an item does not extend the original return policy.

Crediting your account

Payments will be credited less any restocking fees, shipping expenses or nonrefundable charges. Payments made via credit card will be credited back to your account within 10 business days (depending on your bank). Wire transfer payments will be refunded via a company check.
